Titleman is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for real estate organizations - developers, valuation and advisory firms, mortgage lenders, investment teams, property managers, and family offices. We're pre-trained on professional real estate datasets (valuation models, market analytics, development feasibility, regional regulations) and securely integrate internal company data to create a private AI that understands a firm's portfolio, processes, and clients. Teams use Titleman across pricing and valuation, deal analysis and due diligence, CRM, reporting, and management control - one AI layer across the company.

We've tested with 100+ real estate professionals across 30 countries and the reaction has been unlike anything we've seen in the category. Now we're scaling in the US.

The Role

We're hiring a US Account Executive to own the closing motion for enterprise real estate clients across the United States. Meetings are booked for you. Your job is to take a qualified first meeting and turn it into a signed annual contract in the $100K--$1M ARR range - with developers, REITs, mortgage lenders, valuation firms, investment firms, and family offices.

This is a high-ownership, founder-adjacent role. You'll run discovery, navigate complex stakeholder maps (CFO / COO / Head of Investments / Head of Valuation), demo a powerful AI product, negotiate procurement and security review, and close.

What you'll do

  • Take qualified, pre-booked meetings with US real estate enterprises and run them end-to-end through close
  • Run discovery, multi-stakeholder demos, proposals, procurement, security review, and contract negotiation
  • Consistently land $100K--$1M ARR deals
  • Manage your pipeline rigorously in CRM with accurate forecasting
  • Partner with the founder and product team to feed market signals back into the roadmap
  • Help refine the US closing playbook - messaging, objection handling, pricing
  • Represent Titleman at industry events (ULI, MBA, NAREIT, Blueprint, etc.)

Who you are

You've spent the last 3+ years inside the US real estate industry - closing deals, originating loans, raising capital, or selling to institutional real estate buyers. You know how a developer thinks about feasibility, how a lender underwrites a loan, how an investment firm evaluates an asset. You don't need to be taught the vocabulary or the buying cycle.

Required

  • 3+ years in US real estate with documented revenue or capital-raising responsibility
  • Track record of closing or originating deals with 6--7 figure economics
  • Existing relationships with US developers, lenders, REITs, or institutional real estate investors
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills - you turn warm meetings into signed contracts
  • Comfortable demoing software and selling AI/data products to security-conscious enterprise buyers (or eager to learn - we'll train the product side)
  • Based in the US, authorized to work in the US, native-level English
  • Comfortable in an early-stage environment with leverage but limited scaffolding

Compensation

Uncapped commission on every deal you close. Meaningful early-stage equity. 100% remote within the US. Direct line to the founder.
