Tutti Quanti is seeking a proven, agency-trained Recruiter to join our high-performing, fully remote team. This temp-to-perm position offers a unique opportunity for real ownership, where you'll drive candidate delivery, placements, and long-term relationships. This role is a pathway to full desk ownership within a successful, woman-owned & operated boutique recruiting firm. You'll earn on placements, not just hours, with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role and build a long-term book of business. It's ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced, accountable, and relationship-building environment of agency recruiting, motivated by both performance and long-term growth. Transition to a permanent role will be based on overall contribution, including recruiting performance, client relationship management, and demonstrated potential.
What You'll Do:
- Own and operate a full cycle recruiting desk, driving candidate delivery, placements, and long-term client relationships.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and candidates, using strong emotional intelligence and a client-first mindset.
- Source exceptional talent via ATS, recruiting platforms, and creative outreach.
- Drive thoughtful and timely placements, ensuring alignment across skillset, experience, and culture.
- Support new business development through relationship-building, referrals, and outreach, with potential to grow your own book of business.
- Maintain accurate, timely ATS updates and ensure clean pipeline management.
- Leverage technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, sourcing effectiveness, and productivity.
- Demonstrate consistency and reliability in all actions.
- Track hours accurately for client billing and internal accountability.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of full cycle agency recruiting experience required.
- High emotional intelligence: perceptive, self-aware, and thoughtful in communication and relationship-building.
- Strong integrity: follow-through, ownership, and high personal standards.
- Performance-driven with a focus on how activity drives results.
- Relationship-driven mindset with an interest in business development and growing a long-term book of business.
- Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a fully remote environment, with accountability and self-direction.
- Tech-savvy and curious, with demonstrated use of AI tools.
- Must reside in CA or OR.
Compensation & Structure:
This is an hourly temp-to-perm position (up to 40 hours/week) with a target range of $32-$44/hour DOE. In addition to hourly pay, recruiters earn placement bonuses and commissions on new business, offering significant performance-based upside. The role provides a clear path to full-time employment and the opportunity to build and grow a long-term book of business.
