About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real estate and land-related transactions across the Czech Republic. The role covers the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and first contact through negotiation and closing, with responsibility for building and maintaining a strong and healthy commercial pipeline. This is a self-employed role based in Prague, offering a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closed transactions.
  • Monitor pipeline health using KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts.
  • Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives and market development activities across the Czech Republic.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end.
  • Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with real estate closing processes.
  • Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV.
  • Experience in sectors such as real estate, telecoms, renewables, infrastructure, or financing.
