Cloud Data Migration & AI Systems Engineer (Agentic Evaluation)

Location: Remote (USA) Commitment: 40 hrs/week (with 4 hrs PST overlap)

We are looking for 6 years experienced professionals to work as an Agentic Evaluation Specialist, collaborating with researchers at a top frontier LLM company to enhance AI agent performance in storage management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & execute data migration workflows across AWS, GCP, and Azure
Define data migration strategies (online vs offline, scalability, performance trade-offs)
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in distributed environments
Integrate and evaluate LLM/Generative AI components within workflows
Perform system testing, validation, and debugging across complex systems
Identify edge cases, failure points, and optimize system performance
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability
Document findings, insights, and recommendations clearly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product)

Required Skills:

6 years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data/storage systems
Strong expertise in data migration strategies & distributed systems
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines
Exposure to LLMs / Generative AI (prompting, evaluation, integration)
Experience in system testing, QA, and validation
Strong debugging & problem-solving skills
Excellent written communication

Nice to Have:

Background in Storage Administration / SRE / Cloud Infra Ops
Experience with MLOps, AI evaluation frameworks, testing workflows
Familiarity with Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
Agile experience in cross-functional teams
