About The Role
Ventrata is seeking a skilled, US-based Sales Manager to drive new sales growth in the Americas. This role is crucial to our growth trajectory, perfect for someone excited about a fast-growth, scale-up environment with cutting-edge products that optimize revenue in the leisure and tourism industries.
This is a remote, full-time position based in North America. Regular travel for customer visits, conferences, and events is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets and Growth:
- Deliver net new business and client wins.
- Achieve business targets and objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process in your assigned territory, identifying opportunities and positioning the product effectively.
- Client Success and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Integrate client success into the sales process from the initial contact.
- Collaboration with Sales Support Functions:
- Liaise with marketing, technical resources, and sales operations for a unified sales approach.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze regional market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management on sales strategies.
- Reporting and Forecasting:
- Provide timely revenue projections and maintain a predictable pipeline for accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a revenue-generating role within the ticketing or travel-tech industry.
- Direct experience working with major Attractions, Tours, or Sightseeing operators is essential.
- Demonstrated history of achieving quotas of $600k+ selling into enterprise markets within the travel/ticketing industry, focusing on ATS.
- Native English speaker or at least 5 years of selling experience in native English-speaking markets (C1 minimum).
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Must reside within the continental US or Canada.
- Willing and able to travel regularly to potential client sites and trade shows.
- Current passport and ability to travel internationally infrequently.
- Strong sales account planning skills and the ability to execute plans.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with a passion for achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely, managing time and pipeline effectively.
