About the Role

We're hiring a Paid Search Manager at Veridian, the travel-hospitality arm of Acronym. We're a media agency redefining hospitality marketing in the age of AI, and we're looking for a paid search manager who knows where the platforms are going next and wants to get there first.

This is a hands-on role. You'll own paid search for travel and hospitality clients (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Smart Bidding), building clean account structures, managing automation with judgment, and recommending strategies that advance the client's business goals instead of its vanity metrics.

We're looking for born collaborators who can spot meaningful trends and communicate them clearly, without the jargon. You'd work alongside our VP of Performance Media and a close-knit team that's allergic to buzzwords and silo-free. Curiosity is welcomed, innovation is expected. It's what our clients deserve.

Requirements

  • 3 years of paid search (PPC/SEM) experience, ideally agency-side.
  • Remote, full-time, US & Canada.

Compensation

  • US: $75,000 - $100,800
  • Canada: CAD 66,000 - 86,400
