Independent Contractor (Remote)

Job Summary

As an Independent Contractor (IDC) for Veterans Disability Help, LLC your job will be contacting Veterans who have requested appointments to gather their information and upload it into our system so that we can begin work on their Veteran Affairs (VA) Disability Claim. Warm calls only. These tasks include (but are not limited to)

• Making Phone Calls
• Conducting the Initial Consultation
• Listening and Writing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) statements
• Assisting the Veteran if needed to gain access to VA.gov and its affiliated websites
• Preparing and sending the company Contract to the Veteran through DocuSign
• Uploading the Veteran's Personal Information
• Following Up with the Veteran if needed

This is a commission-based position, where the commission is based on the outcome of the Veteran's claim and any retroactive payments received.

There will be training provided by our expert IDCs.

Required knowledge with:

• DocuSign
• Microsoft Office Word
• Excellent Grammar
• Customer Service

Compensation Package:

• Pay: $20 per hour during training
• 10% commission pay after training
