Sales Associate (Fully Remote)

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of Vitu's products and services. The candidate best suited for the position will have excellent communication, training, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Someone who is self-motivated, pro-active, goal oriented, punctual and has a great attitude. You must reside in the US to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities with pro-active outbound cold calls and emails; inbound lead follow-up.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Ability to sell in a competitive market and differentiate.
  • Research accounts, identify key decision makers and generate interest; Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales executive for further development and closure.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory or defined market.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience.
  • Automotive Industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be creative and able to offer suggestions in how to achieve desired results.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated, and career oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Maintain an awareness of business-related trends in the industry.
  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is: $21 - $24.

In addition to the base compensation amount, there is also a variable commission payment available. This will be reviewed in greater detail during the application and candidate review process.

The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
