Role Overview
Quality Management Consultant
- Location: Pleasanton Tech Center (100% Remote)
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a US Citizen
- Travel: None
- Shift: 8 am - 5 pm
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 10+ years of related experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and build-out of Quality Management services for IT projects.
- Oversee the design of strategy and technical infrastructure for enterprise-wide quality management and testing.
- Lead and direct the implementation of quality and testing strategies for large program efforts.
- Customize methodologies for the analysis and definition of efficient, cost-effective solutions.
- Lead a team of automation engineers to test Pharmacy projects.
Required Skills
- Strategic and critical thinking skills related to quality management.
- Project management and leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to address technical resources, executives, and business partners).
- Experience with Selenium or other automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Jira and DevOps.
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare technology experience.
