About the Role

The School Services Program Specialist focuses on partnership development with regional organizations, school districts, and other educational service leaders. This position coaches our customers through the initial introduction to services. The specialist anticipates, understands, and quickly responds to customer needs, working to expand client outreach and transition accounts via servicing upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key point of contact for the onboarding and support of new clients.
  • Proactively promote customer engagement with implementation plans and timely, effective communications.
  • Ensure customers enroll students into service options successfully and monitor success.
  • Review student achievement data and consult with school and district administrators to promote virtual instruction fidelity.
  • Use metrics and needs analysis to recommend additional school service opportunities.
  • Work with the regional service administrator to transition account servicing through essential tiers.
  • Monitor full program compliance and accountability with enrollment policies and processes.
  • Conduct webinars to help clients start successfully.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education or business administration (experience in virtual school programming preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of K-12 teaching experience in a school setting.
  • Administrative educator credential preferred.
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of education, industry sales, and business models.
  • Familiarity with the Imagine Learning product family is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Working knowledge of NetSuite preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $60,000.00 and $64,000.00 per year, plus potential incentive/bonus pay.
