Your Role

As a Strategic Account Director, you will manage and grow executive relationships within enterprise health systems. You will work closely with clinical and executive stakeholders to demonstrate Xealth's value, integrate it into their digital health strategies, and achieve measurable goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic account management, including onboarding, activation, value reporting, QBRs, renewals, and expansion.
  • Maintain tactical oversight for smooth implementations.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, focusing on digital health and sharing best practices.
  • Understand client digital health strategies and align Xealth for measurable ROI.
  • Evangelize Xealth and advocate for customers within the Xealth community.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Healthcare Technology Account Management, Sales, or Consulting experience with C-level stakeholders in enterprise health systems.
  • Proven experience introducing, integrating, and scaling technology products (preferably SaaS) in enterprise healthcare.
  • Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner) and modern software integrations.
  • Thorough understanding of the digital health ecosystem and technical mechanisms (FHIR, HL7, APIs).
  • Ability to represent Xealth's product, technology, and EMR integrations effectively.
  • Preferred: Startup experience, existing executive relationships, SaaS product experience (especially with PHI or EMR integration), Digital Health Consulting or Product Management experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $160,000 - $175,000
  • Incentive Compensation: 80/20 split
