About Your Marketing Partners

Your Marketing Partners is a UK-based paid ads agency serving clients across ecommerce, coaching, consulting, and info businesses. We run two core offers:

  • Done-For-You (DFY): We run the entire Meta ads operation - strategy, creative direction, media buying, and reporting - for clients scaling past six and seven figures.
  • Done-With-You (DWY): We coach and consult founders and in-house teams who want to build the capability internally

Responsibilities

  • Produce static ad concepts and variations from written briefs, across the full range of static formats (graphic ads, product/hero ads, text-led, comparison, social proof, listicle-style, etc.)
  • Work across multiple client accounts at once, switching between brand systems cleanly
  • Hit volume and turnaround targets - static creative is a volume game, and the buyers need a reliable pipeline of new assets in testing
  • Iterate on winners: when an ad performs, produce variant packs quickly (new hooks, new copy overlays, new colour treatments, new formats) so buyers can scale what's working
  • Adapt creative into the right sizes and placements (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, stories, etc.)
  • Maintain brand consistency within each client's guidelines while still pushing for concepts that perform
  • Take feedback from media buyers and creative leads, apply it, and ship - no precious rounds of debate
  • Keep files, folders, and asset libraries organised so buyers, other designers, and clients can find what they need

Qualifications

  • 2--4 years' experience designing static ad creative, ideally for Meta
  • Portfolio that shows you understand direct response static ads
  • Genuinely fast - you can turn around concepts in hours, not days, without the quality falling apart
  • Strong typography and layout fundamentals - you know how to make text ads and text-led hybrids that are actually readable at a glance on mobile
  • Comfortable working across different brand aesthetics - beauty, supplements, apparel, coaching, SaaS, etc.
  • Fluent in Figma and/or the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Comfortable sourcing, masking, and compositing stock imagery, UGC stills, and product photography cleanly
  • Good written communication - you can read a brief properly, ask the right questions, and hand back work with clear notes
  • Self-directed in a fully remote setup - you manage your queue, flag capacity issues early, and hit deadlines
