Senior Key Account Manager -- USA (Toys, Games & TCG)
📍 Florida, USA | Full-time | Remote
We are an internationally oriented company operating in the board games and TCG cards segment, with an active USA expansion.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to oversee sales and optimise our core business and operational processes.
This is a remote, business-focused role covering sales, operations, partner coordination, logistics oversight, and internal process management.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage strong relationships with hobby channels / specialty stores.
- Lead the launch of our products in USA, from go-to-market strategy to retail execution.
- Develop growth strategies to expand our portfolio, including games, toys and other products.
- Represent the company locally and play a key role in laying the foundations of our USA presence.
- Collaborate closely with international teams on product launches, marketing, and long-term business development.
What we're looking for:
- 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within toys, games, entertainment, or consumer products.
- Strong knowledge of the USA market and an established retail network.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building business presence from scratch.
- Passion for entertainment, gaming, and consumer products.
