The Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to oversee and align all revenue-generating pathways. As a member of our executive leadership team, you will design and execute the commercial strategies needed to scale our software development and technology consulting services across the US market.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of scaling B2B enterprise tech sales, optimizing international-to-domestic market expansions, and fostering high-velocity sales cultures. You will have full ownership of revenue performance, integration of sales and marketing operations, and strategic partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute an integrated commercial strategy to accelerate revenue growth, maximize market penetration, and expand the 4 AGES footprint in the US.
- Establish scalable, repeatable sales processes tailored to enterprise technology services, custom software solutions, and long-term tech partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and client feedback to identify new product-market fit opportunities and pricing optimizations.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Unify and lead sales, marketing, and client success initiatives to ensure a seamless, end-to-end client journey.
- Drive outbound pipeline generation and design institutional-grade account management strategies to build long-term enterprise relationships.
- Define, monitor, and report on key revenue metrics, including ARR/MRR growth, LTV, CAC, sales velocity, and pipeline health.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Cultivate high-value strategic alliances, channel partnerships, and enterprise client networks within key verticals (FinTech, Insurance, Healthcare, and Digital Assets).
- Represent 4 AGES at major industry events and executive-level forums to elevate brand authority and drive deal flow.
Who You Are
- Experienced Tech Leader: 15+ years of cumulative experience in commercial leadership, with a strong background as a VP of Sales, VP of Revenue, or CRO within the software development services, B2B SaaS, or technology consulting industry.
- Scale Specialist: Proven success in taking a B2B tech organization through rapid scaling phases, preferably expanding operations within or into the US market.
- Data-Driven Strategist: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable revenue strategies.
- Enterprise Dealmaker: Exceptionally skilled at complex, high-value enterprise sales and navigating long-cycle B2B procurement processes.
- Autonomous & Collaborative: High agency and adaptability, thriving in a distributed, remote-first global team environment.
