We specialize in wholesale deals, assignments, fix & flips, commercial land, residential land, and mobile home park/RV park acquisitions across GA, TX, AL, FL, TN, and NC. We move fast, close deals, and build long-term buyer relationships built on trust and consistent deal flow.
The Role
We're hiring a driven, organized Dispositions Manager to own the back end of our deal pipeline — from buyer outreach through closing. You'll work directly with our Managing Partner and Acquisitions Manager to move contracts, manage buyer relationships, and get deals to the finish line.
What You'll Do
- Market wholesale contracts to our active buyer network via email, text, and phone
- Identify and qualify buyers for each deal based on deal type, price range, and market
- Build and maintain our buyers list — adding new cash buyers consistently
- Coordinate with sellers/buyers to push deals to close
- Track all buyer activity, deal stages, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Draft deal packages, blast emails, and individual buyer pitches
- Negotiate assignment fees and close dates
- Follow up relentlessly — no deal dies because of silence
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years in real estate dispositions, wholesale, or investor sales (preferred but not required for the right candidate)
- Strong communicator — phone, text, and email
- Organized and self-managed — you own your pipeline
- Familiarity with real estate investment terminology (ARV, assignment, MAO, etc.)
- Experience with CRMs or deal trackers
- Hungry, competitive, and coachable
Bonus Points
- Active network of cash buyers in GA, TX, AL, FL, TN, or NC
- Experience with MHP, RV parks, or commercial/land deals
- Real estate license (not required)
