At AccountMakers, you'll work directly with employers and candidates across the United States, helping organizations build high-performing sales, customer success, customer support, account management, business development, and revenue operations teams. You'll play an active role in sourcing talent, conducting candidate screens and interviews, facilitating hiring decisions, and helping drive successful placements that create lasting impact for both employers and professionals.

AccountMakers is seeking a hard-working, ambitious, relationship-driven, highly organized, and results-oriented Revenue Talent Recruiter to join our internal team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is motivated by helping employers hire exceptional talent, building lasting relationships, and driving successful placements.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct approximately 5-10+ candidate screens, qualification calls, and recruiting conversations daily.
  • Recruit and place sales, customer success, customer support, account management, business development, and revenue operations professionals.
  • Utilize the AccountMakers platform to review, evaluate, match, and submit qualified candidates.
  • Conduct ongoing talent reviews and candidate profile approvals.
  • Source highly qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Build talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
  • Present qualified candidates to employers with detailed summaries and recommendations.
  • Utilize Bullhorn ATS to manage recruiting activity, workflows, and placement processes.
  • Communicate directly with employers regarding hiring needs, feedback, and interview scheduling.
  • Support employers using the AccountMakers platform and provide guidance on hiring workflows.
  • Build long-term relationships with employers and become a trusted resource.
  • Collaborate with leadership on recruiting strategy, platform improvements, and growth initiatives.

  • Comfortable performing repetitive daily recruiting activities including talent reviews, sourcing, and outreach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related professional experience.
  • Staffing agency or search firm experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for sales, customer success, or revenue-generating roles.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn ATS.
  • Strong interviewing, phone, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting base salary of $60,000-$70,000+ annually, plus a competitive commission plan. High-performers can exceed $100,000 total compensation.
