Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for B2B Sales Director. You will lead overall sales strategy, set revenue targets, and develop go-to-market plans for the dealership segment. Day-to-day responsibilities include pipeline development, reviewing forecasts, and ensuring effective sales operations and processes.

The role will collaborate closely with the founder to grow the US market and build a team. You will also participate directly in high-impact sales cycles, negotiate strategic agreements, and represent Automotiv at industry events and virtual client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including building and leading high-performing sales teams in the automotive dealership vertical.
  • Strong Account Management and Business Development skills to grow existing relationships and open new dealership accounts.
  • Hands-on Sales Operations expertise, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive retail or automotive technology market is mandatory.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B or enterprise sales environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior dealership leaders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, data-driven organization and collaborate across functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
