Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for entry-level and intern technical roles.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and support candidates through the offer process.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruiting systems.
  • Support high-volume hiring across multiple teams.

Required Experience

  • 2--4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience with candidate screening and assessment.
  • Background in high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles.
  • Exposure to university/early-career hiring (interns and entry-level) as well as industry hiring.
  • Experience with offer management, candidate engagement, and closing candidates.

Key Skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
