This strategic role is designed for an experienced professional who wants to break free from office politics and leverage their talent-spotting acumen to drive independent commercial outcomes on a truly level playing field.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Talent Engagement: Design and execute attraction marketing strategies across professional networks to connect with high-level corporate professionals.
- Consultative Interviewing: Lead structured professional discovery sessions to evaluate candidate mindset and organizational alignment.
- Onboarding and Progression: Guide new network associates through an established integration process, utilizing our automated infrastructure to support their initial setup phase.
- Global Collaboration: Participate in high-level leadership strategy sessions with an international community of experts and directors.
What We're Looking For
- The Pedigree: A proven background with senior manager or director-level experience in corporate talent acquisition, agency recruitment, or HR.
