About the role
Blue Shed Group is looking for an experienced Talent & Client Engagement Consultant to support conversations with professionals who are exploring a more flexible, independent way of working.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, understanding their background and goals, asking thoughtful questions, and helping identify whether there is a strong fit for a structured professional development and client engagement model.
You may come from recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, business development, account management, client services, leadership, consulting, or another people-focused professional background.
This is a remote, contract-based role with flexible working hours. It is best suited to someone comfortable working independently, managing conversations professionally, and following a clear process.
What you'll do
Engage with professionals
Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in exploring flexible, remote, or independent professional opportunities.
Understand goals and fit
Hold structured introductory conversations to understand each person's background, motivation, career direction, and suitability.
Support the next step
Where there is alignment, guide suitable people through the next stage of the process and maintain clear, professional communication.
