JOB DETAILS:

  • Position: ERP Project Manager (PeopleSoft)
  • JOB REF#: 9
  • Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
  • Location: REMOTE - DENVER, CO 80290
  • Pay Rate: $72.50 (W2 only) or $80.00 (INCORPORATED), (No 1099 or C2C)

Please NOTE: We will only considering LOCAL CANDIDATES for this fully remote position (Non-Local candidates will NOT be considered)

  • HOURS: MON-FRI 8am - 5:00pm (MST)

Support PeopleSoft Program Manager:

  • Interface with high-level client management, as well as vendors
  • Facilitate project activities, as needed
  • Facilitate resource management for projects
  • Coordinate and communicate with agency stakeholders
  • Understand political relationships of key decision-makers
  • Facilitate management of issues and risks from the projects to the program
  • Ensure that deliverables are developed per defined requirements and timeframe
  • Stay abreast of significant change initiatives
  • Highlight and identify needed program changes, and work with IV & V on project/program findings and recommendations.

Assist with preparation and support for the PeopleSoft Governance Council:

  • Prepare presentations
  • Prepare 3 to 5-year plans
  • Prepare and report priorities of projects within the program

Performs administrative activities such as collecting, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting on:

  • Provided weekly status of the Program
  • Provided program spending and program metrics.
  • Provide program requirements, documentation, issues, funding, and risks.
  • Schedule meeting logistics, notices, written communication, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide objective updates via metrics and reports for distribution
  • Provide program plans and schedules for distribution to program team members
  • Program and project changes as needed.
  • Communications to internal clients, team members, and leadership.
  • Schedule information to clients, customers support organizations, and vendors.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 7 years of Project Management experience, managing project plans, schedules, reports, and budgets
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP systems and upgrades
  • Project Manager must have a strong understanding of ERP implementation and budget management
  • Managed project issues, processes, risks, and change initiatives.
  • Experience preparing multi-year strategic or program plans.
  • Experience tracking and reporting program spending, metrics, funding, and risks.
  • Experience maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes, and written communications.
  • Experience communicating with internal clients, leadership teams, support organizations, and vendors.
  • Experience supporting government or public sector projects.
  • Experience interfacing with executive leadership, client management, and vendors.
  • Experience coordinating and communicating with agency stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing presentations and executive-level reporting materials.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (required)

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
