Position Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented and independent Talent Resources Representative to focus on IT or Healthcare recruitment. This role can be performed remotely or from our Reston, VA office.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT and Healthcare professionals for our various open positions.
- Work on a freelance, permanent basis with high flexibility.
- Manage your own schedule, including days, nights, or weekends.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an IT recruiter or Healthcare recruiter.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
- Work Location: Remote or Reston, VA
