For five years, Cima Growth Solutions has been the patient acquisition engine for fertility, aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and wellness clinics across the US and internationally. Our flagship platform, GrowthOS, sits at the center of every client engagement --- handling ads, outreach, patient intake, conversational AI, reporting, and billing. AI transformed the lab side of fertility medicine. Nobody modernized the front end. We close that gap.
We're growing, and we're looking for an Account Manager to own our client relationships end to end.
About the Role
This is a hybrid client success and sales role. You'll be the single point of accountability for the clinics on our roster --- the person who hears an owner's request, translates it into action, and closes the loop with a clean update. You'll also play an active role in growing those accounts: identifying expansion opportunities, leading renewal conversations, and helping bring new clinics on board.

What You'll Own
- Client relationships: Regular check-ins with clinic owners, marketing leads, and front-desk teams. Build trust, anticipate needs, and become indispensable.
- Account growth & sales: Identify and close expansion opportunities across our product suite, lead renewal conversations, and contribute to new client onboarding. This portion of the role carries a dedicated commission/comp plan on top of base salary.
- Task orchestration: Translate client conversations into clear, scoped work for our delivery team and partners. Track everything. Let nothing fall through the cracks.
- Onboarding: Run new clinic onboarding from signed contract through first campaign live, typically a 14-to-30-day arc.
- Reporting & business reviews: Own monthly performance reports and quarterly business reviews. Lead the conversation, don't just present numbers.
- Issue resolution: Be the first responder when something needs attention. Diagnose, route, and resolve.
What We're Looking For
- 3--7 years in account management, client success, sales, or agency/project management - ideally in healthcare, marketing, or SaaS
- A track record of growing accounts or carrying a quota, and genuine comfort with the sales side of the role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong operational discipline - you track everything and close every loop
- Comfort with technology: CRMs, marketing platforms, dashboards (you don't need to code)
- Self-directed and calm under pressure
Nice to Have
- Direct experience working with healthcare practices (fertility, aesthetics, med spa, dental, or specialty medical)
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms
- Background in performance marketing or paid media
