Enterprise Account Executive -- Remote (US) -- SaaS -- Up to $180,000 Base + Double OTE
We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business for a high-growth, fully remote SaaS company selling into large, complex organizations across the US. This role is ideal for a strategic hunter who loves landing new logos, navigating multi-threaded deals, and closing high-value, multi-year contracts.
Role Overview
- Role: Enterprise New Business Account Executive
- Location: Remote -- USA
- Base Salary: Up to $180,000 (DOE)
- On-Target Earnings: Up to Double OTE (uncapped commission)
- Quota Range: ~$1,200,000--$1,800,000 ARR per year
- Typical Deal Size: ~$100,000--$300,000+ ARR (Enterprise)
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle sales process for net-new Enterprise accounts, from strategic prospecting through to close.
- Build and execute targeted account plans for named accounts, identifying key initiatives, stakeholders, and paths to revenue.
- Run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving senior economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators across multiple departments.
- Lead discovery, ROI/value workshops, tailored demos, and executive presentations aligned to business outcomes.
- Structure, negotiate, and close large ARR and multi-year agreements, often involving legal, procurement, and security stakeholders.
- Maintain a precise, forecastable pipeline and territory plan using modern sales and CRM tools.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to orchestrate high-impact deals and seamless handoffs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, providing market feedback and influencing product and go-to-market strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings to build relationships and pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience closing net-new SaaS deals into Enterprise or upper mid-market accounts.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding seven-figure ARR quotas.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with deal sizes typically $100,000+ ARR.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to engage confidently with VP/C‑level stakeholders.
- Skilled in value-based and consultative selling, with the ability to build compelling business cases and ROI models.
- Comfortable operating in a remote, high-autonomy environment and collaborating across time zones.
