Mid-Market Account Executive -- Remote (US) -- SaaS -- Up to $120,000 Base + Double OTE
We're hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business for a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS company selling into mid-sized organizations across the US. This is a high-impact role for a motivated hunter who loves prospecting, landing new logos, and managing consultative sales cycles that deliver meaningful ROI for customers.
Role Overview
- Role: Mid-Market New Business Account Executive
- Location: Remote -- USA
- Base Salary: Up to $140,000 (DOE)
- On-Target Earnings: Up to Double OTE (uncapped commission)
- Quota Range: ~$800,000--$1,200,000 ARR per year
- Typical Deal Size: ~$30,000--$100,000+ ARR (Mid-Market)
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for net-new mid-market accounts.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to build pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Run tailored discovery calls, demos, and value-driven presentations aligned to specific business outcomes.
- Navigate multi-threaded sales cycles with operational, technical, and economic buyers.
- Negotiate and close mid-market ARR deals, handling commercial and legal processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive seamless prospect-to-customer transitions.
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person industry events to expand your network and build brand awareness.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience closing net-new SaaS deals into mid-market or commercial accounts.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding ARR quotas.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes with typical deal sizes between $30,000--$100,000 ARR.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with VP and senior leadership-level buyers.
- Expertise in consultative and value-based selling.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high autonomy.
