Role Details

• Type: Remote, Full Time
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm EST (8-hour day with 30-minute lunch)
• Travel: Required to make 1-3 trips a year (5 days or less), paid for by the client for mandatory sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Place inside sales calls to HCPs for Neurology products via telephone, e-mail, and chat.
• Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements for adverse events, product quality complaints, and patient privacy (HIPAA/data privacy).
• Manage assigned targets/territories and achieve program goals.
• Utilize gatekeeping skills to reach appropriate targets and provide engaging dialogue for assigned products.
• Handle all calls according to client specifications, including using computer systems, manual documentation, and training resources.
• Support one of the world's top 10 pharmaceutical companies by calling doctor's offices and providing education on prescription drugs, with a focus on neurology products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Must pass an internet speed test (Download >= 25 Mbps, Upload >= 5 Mbps, Ping <= 175 ms).
• Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router.
• Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $38,400 - $48,000. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. Additional Duties

• Executes pro-active acquisition activities using a limited set of guidelines under supervision.
• Identifies customer requirements and matches them with product and service offerings.
• Provides customers with appropriate product and service information, including legally required information.
• Inputs all necessary information from customers to update the database.
