Role Description
This role is for a proven sales executive with a well-rounded B2B, SaaS, and E-commerce background to take full ownership of our sales strategy and function. This is a high-priority role for the company.
You will design and execute our Go-To-Market strategy, personally drive initial sales, and carry the direct responsibility of building out the sales organization and resources as we scale. You will start by selling and bringing our SaaS platforms to market, then build and lead the sales team underneath you as revenue grows and budgets expand.
This priority role comes with full support from the company as we work together to achieve aggressive goals, grow the business, and scale successfully. You will start by personally driving sales and executing our Go-To-Market strategy, then build and lead the sales organization as revenue grows. The right person will have significant influence on how we expand into new markets and will earn a clear path to a long-term executive leadership role within the company.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Business Development
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in the e-commerce or technology sectors is a plus
- Demonstrated significant real-world experience will be strongly favored
