The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Neon Sales & Design team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to design, invoicing, order processing, and final delivery. You will lead and support a team of Neon Sales & Design Specialists while helping drive operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is organised, solutions-focused, confident managing people, sales driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time remote role. Open to applicants based in Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Adobe Illustrator to Quote, design, and process LED signage sales enquiries
- Lead and support a team
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Design team
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience, accuracy, and end to end workflow management
- Conduct Sales outreach calls and build realtionships with key commercial clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for team questions and operational support
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalations professionally
- Liaise with manufacturing and shipping stakeholders regarding escalated matters
- Communicate company updates and operational changes to the team
- Support KPI tracking, reporting, and company audit processes
- Work closely with the Global Operations Manager to support team growth, development, and ongoing learning opportunities
Position Details

- Laptop and required systems provided by Custom Neon
- Previous experience in the signage or LED industry (Required)
- Previous experience leading a team (Required)
- Pervious experience working with production partners (Desirable)
- Previous experience using Adobe Illustrator & Hubspot (Desirable)
