Fully Remote Enterprise AE - $150k/$150k (AI for Supply Chain SaaS)
Salary: $150k base / $150k variable = $300k OTE + benefits, PTO, and equity.
About the Role
We are building products for the industrial supply chain, a $10T industry plagued by data entry, messy inputs, and repetitive labor. Our platform is used by over 130 wholesale distributors of construction materials to automate back-office operations. In the last 9 months, we've doubled ARR, raised an incredible funding round, and grown our team from 40 to 100 people.
Unlike most early-stage startups, we have had product-market fit and profitability since year 1. We are looking for a high-agency sales professional to join our fully remote team. Our culture is asynchronous, zero-bureaucracy, and emphasizes direct feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS startups.
- Proven track record in Mid-Market and Enterprise sales.
- History of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Role Details
- Quota: Approximately $1.5MM.
- Sales Cycle: 4-9 months.
- Average Deal Size: ~$130k ACV with a 3-year contract.
- Team: We currently have 10 AEs, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and SDRs.
