Salary: $150k base / $150k variable = $300k OTE + benefits, PTO, and equity.

About the Role

We are building products for the industrial supply chain, a $10T industry plagued by data entry, messy inputs, and repetitive labor. Our platform is used by over 130 wholesale distributors of construction materials to automate back-office operations. In the last 9 months, we've doubled ARR, raised an incredible funding round, and grown our team from 40 to 100 people.

Unlike most early-stage startups, we have had product-market fit and profitability since year 1. We are looking for a high-agency sales professional to join our fully remote team. Our culture is asynchronous, zero-bureaucracy, and emphasizes direct feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS startups.
• Proven track record in Mid-Market and Enterprise sales.
• History of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Role Details

• Quota: Approximately $1.5MM.
• Sales Cycle: 4-9 months.
• Average Deal Size: ~$130k ACV with a 3-year contract.
• Team: We currently have 10 AEs, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and SDRs.
