Capacity Express is looking for a Freight Agent - Full Remote

Our company is expanding nationwide and we're looking for experienced freight agents ready to take full control of their book of business --- with the backing of a strong, growing logistics platform. This is not your typical brokerage role. We offer true independence and real operational support so you can focus on what matters: moving freight and making money.

What You'll Do

Build and manage your own customer base
Secure freight & negotiate rates
Cover loads with qualified carriers
Manage margins and ensure smooth execution
Maintain strong, professional relationships

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in freight brokerage / logistics sales
Existing book of business (preferred)
Strong shipper relationships
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
