Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional introductory conversations with prospective clients and applicants
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships through effective communication and follow-up
  • Utilize CRM systems and digital communication tools to manage scheduling, engagement, and client communication
  • Support client engagement and organizational growth initiatives through professional outreach and relationship management
  • Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, accountability, and organization within a remote setting
  • Collaborate within a supportive and growth-oriented team environment
  • Utilize established systems, digital tools, and communication platforms effectively

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in leadership, management, client services, consulting, recruiting, sales support, wellness, education, or related professional industries preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable utilizing Zoom, CRM systems, and online communication platforms
  • Professional, organized, and self-directed
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals
  • Strong time management and follow-through skills
  • Interest in ongoing professional and leadership development

Schedule

Compensation

  • Estimated earnings range: $60,000 -- $150,000 annually
  • Pay: $85,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
  • Compensation is dependent on individual contribution and level of engagement.
