Responsibilities
- Conduct professional introductory conversations with prospective clients and applicants

- Utilize CRM systems and digital communication tools to manage scheduling, engagement, and client communication
- Support client engagement and organizational growth initiatives through professional outreach and relationship management
- Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, accountability, and organization within a remote setting
- Collaborate within a supportive and growth-oriented team environment
- Utilize established systems, digital tools, and communication platforms effectively
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leadership, management, client services, consulting, recruiting, sales support, wellness, education, or related professional industries preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable utilizing Zoom, CRM systems, and online communication platforms
- Professional, organized, and self-directed
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Strong time management and follow-through skills
- Interest in ongoing professional and leadership development

Schedule

Compensation
- Estimated earnings range: $60,000 -- $150,000 annually
- Pay: $85,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
- Compensation is dependent on individual contribution and level of engagement.
