Job Summary

Docusign, a global leader in e-signature and contract lifecycle management, is seeking a Remote Manager for International Account Management. This role is open to candidates in the USA and focuses on client relationship management, satisfaction, revenue retention, and growth within a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed maintenance and cloud sales objectives and quotas.
  • Develop and implement a renewal strategy to retain and grow assigned business.
  • Analyze metrics to identify and close open and up-sell opportunities.
  • Lead a team of renewal specialists, ensuring goal attainment and diligent business follow-up.
  • Manage sales forecasts using Salesforce.com, aligning with targets, strategic plans, and budgets.
  • Proactively identify at-risk renewals and address issues hindering timely renewal.
  • Negotiate terms for mutually beneficial outcomes for Docusign and clients.
  • Participate in strategic account processes, validating account details and collaborating with Adoption Services.
  • Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Foster client partnerships by engaging with high-level executives and strategic thinkers across all organizational levels.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to enhance the Renewals team's internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce.com.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in renewal management, consultative sales, or business consulting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with sales methodologies including prospecting, client consultation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership.
  • Fluency in English for international market operations.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to identify, critique, suggest, and implement process improvements for client business optimization.
  • Strong engagement and mastery capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
  • Proven experience in forecast and result management (churn).
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Process Management.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
