We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Consultant Business Analyst Dynatrace to take on the following responsibilities:

• Capture, clarify, and document business requirements as well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineers to groom and prioritize the backlog, ensuring readiness for delivery
• Translate business processes into Dynatrace use cases (dashboards, metrics, logs, events, workflows, alerts)
• Define and maintain test cases, support QA activities, and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Actively support user enablement and adoption through documentation, demos, and hands-on guidance
• Validate delivered solutions against business outcomes and close the loop with stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted advisor on how Dynatrace insights can improve reliability, efficiency, and decision-making in business systems

What You Bring

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS or platform-driven environment
• Proven ability to work with agile teams and translate complex requirements into executable work
• Experience with testing, UAT coordination, and stakeholder enablement
• Comfort working with technical teams and data-driven platforms (observability, analytics, or similar)
• Clear communication, structured thinking, and a strong focus on delivering business value

Required Profile

Skills & Expertise:

• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory

• Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
