Remote Logistics Sales Director

$125K--$200K Base Uncapped Commission | Only Top Producers Apply

Location: Carbondale, Illinois

Compensation: $150,000 -- $200,000 Base Uncapped Commissions Leadership Incentives

Industry: Freight Brokerage | Transportation | 3PL | Logistics Sales Leadership

We are searching for the #1 Logistics Sales Director --- a proven revenue builder who can sell, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance logistics sales team.

This role is for a leader with real numbers, real brokerage experience, and the ability to build a culture of accountability and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Drive aggressive revenue growth across brokerage and logistics services
  • Build, scale, and lead a national logistics sales team
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor high-performing freight sales professionals
  • Develop strategic sales plans and new market expansion
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting, and enterprise client relationships
  • Partner with executive leadership to grow and scale the business
  • Create a competitive, performance-driven sales culture

Requirements

  • 7 years logistics sales experience
  • 10 years total logistics / transportation experience
  • Strong freight brokerage sales background
  • Proven sales leadership and team-building success
  • Documented revenue performance --- bring your numbers
  • Experience mentoring and developing sales teams
  • Strong business development and strategic growth skills
  • Startup brokerage, terminal launch, or build-out experience --- strong plus
