Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients' health coverage needs to recommend suitable insurance plans
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure optimal benefits for clients while aligning with company guidelines
• Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, follow-up, and benefits administration records
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products effectively across various channels
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality during all interactions

Requirements

• Have, or be willing to obtain, an Accident & Health or Sickness Agent/Producer license.
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting targets
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Strong negotiation skills combined with analysis skills to assess client needs accurately
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits administration procedures
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and customer service best practices within the health insurance industry
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse client populations

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
