About the Role
Gym Growth Consulting is seeking a driven and professional Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to gyms, fitness studios, personal trainers, and online coaches on our behalf. We provide all leads. Your job is to convert them into booked sales calls for our closing team. No prior experience is required. We are looking for someone confident, coachable, and ready to work.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to provided leads across the fitness industry.
- Book qualified sales calls for our closing team (15 to 30 hours per week).
- Send outbound DMs and follow-ups via Instagram, email, and LinkedIn.
- Execute SMS outreach campaigns to prospective clients.
- Maintain light notes on outreach activity and conversations.
- Manage and update the CRM accurately and consistently.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection professionally.
- Clear and confident communicator over the phone and in writing.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- A genuine interest in the fitness industry is a strong plus.
Compensation
- 25% commission per close.
- Uncapped earning potential.
- Expected pay range: $40,000 to $80,000 per year.
