Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's [Required].
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite [Required].
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools [Required].
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Highly organized and a critical thinker.

Education

  • Bachelor's [Required].
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Bachelor's Degree in related field OR 4 years relevant work experience.

Work Experience

  • 1+ recruiting/human resources experience [Required].
  • Healthcare experience [Preferred].

Licenses and Certifications

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred].
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred].

Responsibilities

  • Focus specifically on recruiting for high-volume roles.
  • Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
  • Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
  • Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet competencies.
  • Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
  • Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
