- Highly organized and a critical thinker.
Education
- Bachelor's [Required].
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Bachelor's Degree in related field OR 4 years relevant work experience.
Work Experience
- 1+ recruiting/human resources experience [Required].
- Healthcare experience [Preferred].
Licenses and Certifications
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred].
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred].
Responsibilities
- Focus specifically on recruiting for high-volume roles.
- Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
- Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
- Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet competencies.
- Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
- Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
- Other duties as assigned.
