This is a part-time, fully remote, commission-based position offering significant earning potential through both upfront and residual commissions.
What You'll Do
- Introduce decision-makers within your professional network to Inhouse Recruiting Solutions
- Facilitate warm introductions to organizations that may benefit from recruiting support
- Serve as a trusted ambassador for our firm within your industry
- Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and develop new partnership opportunities
- Help expand our national footprint across high-growth industries
What You Won't Do
- No recruiting
- No candidate sourcing
- No account management
- No cold calling requirements
- No day-to-day client delivery responsibilities
Our team handles the recruiting process, client engagement, and service delivery. Your role is simply to open doors and create opportunities through trusted professional relationships.
