This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Technical Implementation Consultant in the United States. In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone of complex enterprise implementations, guiding customers through the deployment of advanced supply chain software solutions.
Accountabilities
- Own the full technical implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and post-launch hypercare, ensuring successful customer deployment
- Design, configure, and optimize API-based integrations and enterprise platform setups for complex supply chain environments
- Perform deep technical solutioning and system analysis to translate customer needs into scalable configurations
- Partner with engineering, product, and solutions teams to evaluate trade-offs and resolve integration and architecture challenges
- Develop, document, and continuously improve implementation processes, SOPs, and scalable delivery frameworks
- Identify, manage, and communicate technical risks, blockers, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
- Mentor and support implementation team members, providing guidance on advanced technical workflows and best practices
- Act as a key feedback bridge between customers and product teams to influence roadmap priorities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical SaaS roles such as implementation consulting, solutions engineering, or technical delivery
- Strong background in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software domains (WMS, OMS, TMS, or multi-carrier platforms preferred)
- Deep experience with API configuration, system integration, and complex technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and modern project delivery platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows, documentation, and technical problem-solving
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and executive audiences
- Proven ownership mindset with strong adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
