Job Details
What You'll Do:
- Run escrow files end-to-end: open accounts, manage funds, process closing docs, and complete settlements
- Handle a mix of transactions: resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare
- Serve as a neutral liaison between parties while monitoring and mitigating risk
- Provide proactive, high-touch communication through the entire closing process
- Solve occasional complex/atypical issues and improve efficiency with limited supervision
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of escrow/title experience (Escrow Officer or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of escrow workflows, deadlines, and compliance/risk awareness
- Confident communicator who can explain complex items clearly to multiple parties
- Education: HS diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
