Responsibilities

A client with Kforce is seeking a Remote Recruiter to join their team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead all recruitment efforts in partnership with our executive leadership and Senior HRBPs
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid to senior level hires
  • Interface between candidates and clients to negotiate packages and close candidates
  • Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal/external databases and any other ways to uncover top talent
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine technical and cultural fit
  • Identify and participate in networking activities such as industry conferences, meetups, and open house events to build relationships and recruit top talent
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies for future business needs, internal mobility and succession planning for the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of agency and internal recruitment experience - you understand what it takes to be successful in an internal role but you haven't lost the hunger of finding and placing top candidates
  • Unimpeachable ethical standards, with an innate ability to build trust

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
