About Lions for Zion

Lions for Zion is a forward-thinking digital financial infrastructure provider bridging traditional capital markets with blockchain technology. We specialize in the institutional-grade tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWA)—including high-value collectibles, commercial real estate, and fixed-income instruments. Focused on absolute compliance, transparency, and liquidity, Lions for Zion delivers advanced on-chain asset management solutions that empower global investors and institutions to transition seamlessly into the future of digital finance.

Role Overview

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be a core member of our executive leadership team, directly driving the global commercial strategy and business growth for Lions for Zion. You will lead the commercialization of our RWA tokenization platform, design scalable revenue models, and forge high-impact institutional partnerships across the United States and global markets.

This is a fully remote, US-based executive role requiring a sophisticated blend of traditional financial network acumen and deep fluency in digital asset frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy & Execution: Design and execute the overarching commercial strategy to accelerate market adoption of our digital asset infrastructure and RWA solutions.
  • Institutional Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with asset owners, institutional investors, family offices, and traditional financial entities.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership: Lead the launch of new asset pipelines on-chain, positioning the company as the premier market standard for compliant tokenization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Tech, and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure all commercial models align with institutional-grade regulatory standards.
  • Market Positioning & Advocacy: Serve as a key representative and thought leader for Lions for Zion at major financial and technology forums, driving brand authority and trust.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience (VP, CCO, or Head of Business Development) within Fintech, Institutional Finance, Wealth Management, or Blockchain Technology.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record or strong foundational understanding of digital assets, smart contract infrastructure, and the tokenization of physical/financial assets (RWA).
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in building early-stage commercial pipelines, scaling institutional revenue, and executing complex, high-value corporate deals.
  • Regulatory Acumen: Strong familiarity with US financial regulatory environments and a commitment to maintaining institutional-grade compliance mapping.
  • Leadership & Culture: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across multidisciplinary, remote global teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
