Executive Search Partner --- GTM Leadership

Location: Remote, US-Based | HQ: New York

A specialist retained executive search firm with a small team and significant revenue is seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead GTM (Go-To-Market) leadership searches for prominent B2B SaaS and tech companies.

This firm focuses on retained mandates for venture and PE-backed clients, from Series A to pre-IPO, placing VP to C-level commercial leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, RevOps, and GTM functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Originate and manage retained GTM searches from beginning to end.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, from initial pitch to successful placement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to founders, CEOs, CROs, and investors.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and network expansion.
