We're currently hiring Customer Relationship Management / Sales Specialists to connect with individuals who have already requested information about life insurance.

At the Marissa Turner Agency, we wear many hats---serving as a guide, educator, and ongoing point of contact for our clients. From the initial conversation through life insurance policy support and ultimately end-of-life assistance, we're there to help families stay informed, supported, and protected every step of the way.
The Structure
- 100% remote (work from anywhere)
- 100% Commission-based compensation
- Independent contractor (1099)
- Flexible schedule (part-time to full-time and anything in between)
What to Expect

What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in life insurance coverage
- Conduct virtual appointments (phone or Zoom)
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support families in securing financial protection
- Follow a structured process with training and mentorship provided
