We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Operations Manager to help us scale. You will be the engine behind the brand, keeping speakers, sponsors, vendors, and logistics running seamlessly so our leadership can focus on growth.

What You'll Own

• Speaker and vendor coordination end to end
• Sponsor onboarding and fulfillment
• Event logistics and day-of execution
• Contracts, timelines, and project management
• Serving as the operational backbone of a fast-moving team

You Are the Right Fit If You Have

• 3--5 years of operations, event, or project management experience
• A track record of thriving in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A proactive, solutions-first mindset
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, or live events

What We Offer

• Salary: $50,000--$65,000 based on experience
