We're currently hiring Full-Time Remote Appointment Setters to support licensed insurance agents by scheduling qualified appointments and managing follow-up communication.
This is a fully remote position ideal for motivated individuals who are comfortable communicating with people, working independently, and using technology in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through phone, text, and follow-up communication
- Schedule qualified appointments for licensed insurance agents
- Maintain accurate notes and updates inside the CRM system
- Follow communication scripts and workflows
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
- Provide professional and friendly customer interactions
What We're Looking For
- Previous appointment setting, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using technology and working remotely
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
