Account Executive

We're Hiring: Account Executive (Remote)

One Firefly is growing---and we're looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to join our team.

If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and helping businesses grow through smart marketing strategies, this could be a strong fit.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business and expanding our marketing services within the custom integration, commercial, and smart home technology industries.

This is a salary + uncapped commission role with on-target earnings of ~$130K.

You'll work closely with leadership to:

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Develop new client relationships
• Close business through consultative selling
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

What You'll Do

• Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
• Generate and close new business opportunities
• Manage and track pipeline activity in CRM
• Build relationships that strengthen the One Firefly brand
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience selling marketing or creative services (B2B)
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies
• Experience managing a sales territory
• Strong phone/video selling skills
• Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Excellent listening, communication, and closing skills
• Ability to manage pipeline and persist through follow-up
• Bonus if you have a background in custom integration, smart home tech, or HVAC
