About the Role

- The AI Intern will support the integration of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions into our framework. This role is designed for a forward-thinking student eager to apply machine learning models, automation scripts, and LLM prompts to real-world business optimization problems. You will work closely with the executive team to identify "chaos" points in client workflows and design AI-driven tools to streamline them.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance internal productivity and client deliverables.
- Design and build automated "chaos-to-growth" pipelines using AI agents and middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com).
- Clean and process structured and unstructured data to identify optimization opportunities within client business models.
- Develop and maintain a library of high-performing prompts for various business use cases, including marketing automation and HR screening.
- Create technical guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for newly implemented AI tools to ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to integrate AI tools that improve team-wide efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Data Science, or AI-related degree program.
- Strong understanding of Python and experience with AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or OpenAI API).
- Foundational knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI automation tools (Zapier AI, Make.com) and API integrations.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) to present AI insights.
- Basic understanding of business operations and process mapping.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
