Location: Open for remote (Priority: Edina MN, Seattle WA, Alpharetta GA, Boston MA, New York NY)

The Project Manager will assist in managing scope, schedule, and budget for projects within the Technology Alignment & Resilience (TAR) team. The primary focus is on data center exit, infrastructure consolidation, and migrating on-premise legacy applications to AWS. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role requiring strong technical fluency and the ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate data center exit and consolidation initiatives, including sequencing and dependency management.
- Drive project delivery for refactoring and modernizing legacy applications to AWS.
- Partner with technology teams on application discovery, dependency mapping, and migration planning.
- Coordinate with security, risk, and infrastructure teams to ensure cloud readiness and control alignment.
- Translate high-level strategy into clear execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.
- Communicate project metrics, schedules, and status to the organization.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks, and navigate technical constraints.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, specifically in infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, or data center exits.
- Proven experience with on-prem to cloud (AWS preferred) migrations.
- Solid understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong grasp of legacy infrastructure challenges, technical debt, and application dependencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to "manage upward" and drive problem-solving in complex scenarios.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Financial Services background is a plus.

- Interview Process: 2 rounds via Zoom or Teams.
- Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour on W2.
