Data Analyst (Remote)

Job Summary

Duration: 12 month w2 Contract (potential to extend )

Location: 100% Remote

Shift: 8AM to 4:30 PM, Central Time Zone

Job Type: Solutions

Salary: $40 - 45 per hour

Work Hours: 9am to 5pm

Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Reconciling information between client's enterprise managed file transfer solution and file exchange registration application, External Data Management (EDM). This remediation work is heavily manual in nature, requiring reconciliation of information from multiple enterprise information sources, and therefore its primary cost is external labor.
• Data analysis skills with proven ability to compare/contrast information and correct legacy records and/or records with errors
• Experience with ServiceNow's back-end interface (ITSM/ITIL)
• Experience with manual data management and normalization in Excel
• Comfort interacting with data owners to perform verification tasks (like confirming ownership of files, asking questions about application data extracts)
• Experience with database extracts is a plus
